These apps are written by Zigao Wang and published by Huimin Gao, which is the name the app is signed with. Buying it means agreeing to what's below. It's short on purpose.
A personal, perpetual license. It doesn't expire, it isn't a subscription, and updates are free. Use it on any Mac you own or use, at work or at home. Buying for other people means one license each.
You're buying a license to use the app, not the app itself. The app and its source remain the copyright of their author. Don't resell it, post your key publicly, or take the app apart to work around the key.
Not for you? Email a@zigao.wang and I'll refund it. You don't have to say why, though suggestions are welcome and I read all of them. There's no trial, so this is what stands in for one. Your license ends when the purchase is refunded.
Your key will keep working after a refund. That isn't a loophole, it's the cost of checking licenses on your Mac instead of against a server: nothing contacts me, so nothing can be switched off. The license is what ends, and I'm trusting you to stop using the app. If a key is shared publicly I can withdraw it in a future version.
A recent macOS. Each app states the oldest version it runs on, on its own page and on its checkout. Worth checking before you buy, because it won't run on anything older.
Each app is provided as it is. It works, and I've measured that it works, but I can't promise it's right for every file you own or that it will never have a bug. Keep your originals. These apps are built not to modify or delete your files, which is exactly why you should still have if something goes wrong.

Creem is the merchant of record. Their terms cover the transaction, including tax and invoicing. These cover the license.
These terms may change for future purchases, and the date at the top changes with them. What you already bought stays under the terms as they were when you bought it. Your license ends if you break these, and you can end it by deleting the app.
